What Is an Organisational Lead?

As an Organisational Lead, you become the central point of contact for the BeyondTrauma Recovery Programme within your service. You’ll play a key leadership role in integrating the programme into your existing work, coordinating with certified facilitators, and helping to expand access to trauma-informed healing in your community.

You don’t need to be a facilitator yourself — your role is to lead, support, and enable.

  • Promoting and coordinating the programme within your service
