The BeyondTrauma Recovery Programme is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t have to mean re-living.
This programme focuses on understanding, awareness, and practical change, creating a safe space for growth without retraumatisation.
By combining knowledge, reflection, and actionable tools, you are supported to move forward, not stay stuck in the past.
Access your full 7-session trauma recovery journey through structured video-based learning. Move through each module at your own pace, in your own space, while being guided step-by-step through the programme.
A comprehensive workbook to support you throughout the programme, including reflective exercises, tracking tools, and practical techniques. This becomes your personal self-help guide to continue using beyond the programme.
You are supported throughout your journey with access to a private peer support forum and direct guidance when needed. Upon completion, you will receive a dedicated 1:1 reflective session with Mayameen Meftahi BEM to process your journey and move forward with clarity.

In our BeyondTrauma Recovery Programme, each session is meticulously crafted with a specific focus, tailored to facilitate healing in a solution-focused manner. This intentional design ensures that participants receive targeted support and guidance throughout their journey of recovery. By dedicating each session to a particular aspect of healing, we create a structured and systematic approach that allows individuals to address their trauma-related challenges with clarity and purpose. This focused approach fosters deeper understanding and engagement, empowering participants to tackle issues head-on and make meaningful progress. Moreover, the specificity of each session enables us to cover a wide range of topics essential for comprehensive healing. From emotional regulation techniques to building resilience and fostering positive coping mechanisms, every aspect of the recovery process is addressed with precision and care. This emphasis on targeted sessions is crucial for healing in a solution-focused way because it allows participants to concentrate their efforts on actionable steps and tangible outcomes. Rather than feeling overwhelmed by the enormity of their trauma, individuals can channel their energy into practical strategies and meaningful progress, paving the way for lasting transformation and growth. At BeyondTrauma, we believe that healing is a journey best navigated with clarity, focus, and intention.
Healing is possible. You don’t need to look back to move forward. Step into your journey BeyondTrauma today.
As you reach the end of your transformative journey with BeyondTrauma, you leave with more than just new tools and insights — you leave with recognition. Every participant who completes the programme receives a Certificate of Completion, validated by ACCPH, awarding you 15 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points in Trauma-Informed Learning.
This certificate is more than a piece of paper. It’s a credible and professional acknowledgment of the work you’ve done to heal, grow, and step beyond trauma. It represents your courage, resilience, and dedication — a visible marker of the strength it took to commit to this journey.
We believe milestones in healing deserve to be celebrated. That’s why this CPD Certificate of Completion stands as a symbol of:
Resilience – your ability to rise above what tried to hold you back.
Commitment – your dedication to investing in yourself and your future.
Achievement – a recognised accomplishment that is valued both personally and professionally.
Holding this certificate is a reminder that you are capable of more than surviving — you are capable of thriving. It is evidence not just of where you’ve been, but of the incredible possibilities that lie ahead.
