A new blog is live — and this one is long overdue.

I have worked in many organisations that proudly claim to be “Trauma-Informed.” The reality? Many of them are anything but. In fact, some of the most harmful environments I’ve ever witnessed — and personally experienced — were the very places preaching trauma-informed values while practising behaviours that were, in truth, deeply traumatising.

So what does this gap between branding and behaviour really reveal about our systems, our culture, and the power dynamics that shape them?
