Peer Support & Collaboration

A facilitated, survivor-led professional reflection space.

This forum is a structured peer reflection and collaboration space for BTAN members working across safeguarding, health, justice, education, therapy, and recovery.

It is designed for thoughtful, ethical discussion, not fast-scroll chatter.

Here, professionals can:

- reflect on complex practice dilemmas

- sense-check trauma-informed decisions

- explore challenges through a survivor-informed lens

- share approaches that have worked in real-world settings

- learn from cross-sector perspectives

- reduce isolation in emotionally demanding roles

Each sector has its own dedicated subforum to ensure discussions remain relevant, grounded, and context-specific, while the main Peer Support & Collaboration space supports cross-sector learning and connection.

This forum is lightly facilitated to maintain psychological safety, professional boundaries, and ethical standards.
Quality, not volume, is what matters here.

BTAN is a community of practice — not a social feed. Thoughtful contributions are welcomed and valued.
