🗣 Short Summary (up to 100 words):  Hand in Hand Community CIC was established in 2022, working with families from deprived background in Greater Manchester to develop the 'whole family'. We provide trauma-informed family support, emotional wellbeing programmes, and community-led solutions by focusing on mental and emotional health for children, teenagers and adults. Our activities include running age and culturally appropriate workshops to raise awareness around mental health and emotional wellbeing, build resilience and confidence; and working with organisations on the use of appropriate language around mental and emotional health with global majority communities.
