As BeyondTrauma Academy CIC continues to grow, we are expanding our volunteer team and are seeking passionate individuals who share our commitment to recovery, self-advocacy, survivor empowerment, and systems change.
Support the delivery of our Voice, Rights & Self-Advocacy (VRS) Clinics by providing structured guidance, promoting self-advocacy, supporting systems understanding, and helping individuals build confidence in navigating services.
Deliver advocacy confidence workshops, psychoeducational sessions, and structured group learning opportunities that support personal development and self-advocacy.
Working as a Relief Facilitator, this role supports the delivery of our monthly Support to Report Sessions, helping participants understand reporting processes, their rights, and available support while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
Provide practical support during Support to Report Sessions by welcoming attendees, moderating chat, supporting registration and attendance, sharing resources, and assisting with session administration.
Provide valuable behind-the-scenes support including appointment coordination, attendance tracking, resource management, data entry, and general administrative assistance.

BeyondTrauma Academy CIC’s Advisory Board brings together individuals who want to support and strengthen our work at a strategic level.
As an Advisory Board member, you will offer insight, guidance, and constructive challenge, helping us reflect, grow, and remain aligned to our mission, values, and social purpose.
This is an opportunity to contribute your knowledge, experience, or perspective to support the development of BeyondTrauma Academy CIC, while helping us remain accountable and continue evolving in meaningful and sustainable ways.
We welcome individuals from a range of professional and lived experience backgrounds who are passionate about improving outcomes for women affected by trauma, abuse, violence, and adversity.
We are particularly interested in individuals with experience in safeguarding, criminal justice, policing, funding, marketing, communications, business development, governance, and community partnerships, although we welcome expressions of interest from anyone who believes they can contribute to our mission.
